1. How to Order?
Thank you very much for doing business with us. To place an order, please follow the following four steps
a. Please send your inquiry with interested product information to sales@kontop.com
b. Our sales department will arrange a sales or sales manager to contact with you for the details.
c. Please confirm the products you like to purchase, shipment method, payment method and make the payment
d. We will start the delivery process of the products once the payment is confirmed

2. Shipping Method
- We can ship the products by sea, by air mail, by express courier (USP, DHL, FedEx, TNT, EMS)
- What we can do is do it for you.

           
     

3. Am I able to track my order?
- The answer is definitely "YES" if you choose UPS, DHL, FedEx, TNT or EMS. They will give you a tracking number to track order in their website.
- You can track the order online as well if you ship the products by AIRMAIL

4. Which shipping method is better?
It depends on your requirements. You can ask our sales directly since they have rich experience. Here list some tips for your information
Courier Shipping: DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT - Excellent Service! Highly Recommended!
It usually takes about 3 to 4 days to major destinations.
Courier Shipping: EMS - Recommended!
It usually takes about 5 to 8 days to major destinations.
BY AIRMAIL - Recommended if the order is small and not urgent
It usually takes about 1 or 2 weeks to major destinations.
BY SEA
You can choose to ship by sea if you order containers of products.

5. Payment Information
- At present, we accept Bank Transfer and Western Union.
- We accept L/C if the order is more than USD50,000.
